Payment
Payment is arranged directly on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm the accepted payment method and total amount before you pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across India. Dispatch and estimated delivery times, along with any shipping charges, will be confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
Exchanges & returns
Please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, and share an unboxing video and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and confirm the next steps. Minor colour differences caused by screens or lighting may occur.
Custom Maggam & embroidery work
For made-to-order pieces, we’ll confirm the expected completion time before accepting the order. Please confirm custom-work exchange and return terms with us before payment.
